Look to Ur Left!

I love the relationship that I have with music - a combination of sounds, notes, beats, and words. And I just could not find any logical words to describe/review a particular song from the pool of thousand. Thus I have started this new hobby of posting one song a day and maybe include a few lines from it.
Voila! I share here that "moment" alone in your room when you first put on a song and just fall silently in love, transfixed for whatever reason, the time you are driving in your car listening to something and suddenly, unexpectedly, your eyes are brimming with hot tears.

ENJOY!!!!

Learning to voice..

| Wednesday, December 26, 2007
Explore..

I don't really care what you want because I want what I want. Selfishness is an immature inward focus. If each one of us will learn to voice our wants, but choose what best serves everybody in the family, then we will find peace! I am learning to live by what I write. Wish me luck!! .

The idea of saying, "Why aren't you like me?" is no longer a question in my/and hopefully his heart. We realize that we need each other to be exactly who God created us to be. We no longer pick on each other's weaknesses. Instead, we partake of our strengths and enjoy one another. It is a start... for me and my brother!

The French movie Banlieue 13s' action is absolutely stunning and you will be completely absorbed into the movie after the first action sequence. The constant flow of each scene was amazing. Though I have to mention the english coverup over the french language was a slap everybody should check out this movie. On a second thought maybe Kollywood needs to buy the rights and re make it in Tamil. I would like to see Danush and Suriya don the roles. Let me know what you think after watching the movie.

Evano Oruvan is a great insight study of a man who's been pushed to the limit. Though some of his reactions to minute details or better said as overreactions to minor details is not logical but more of a riveting tale of one man. However, don't we all identify with this guy (R Madhavan) and the frustration that has built up in his life? Now acting on it may not be a great idea but it is fun to watch him do it. I would give it 4/5. It does not get 5/5 as I was disappointed with Sangeeta. She is a promising actress but seems to be very cinematic here. R Madhavan is outstanding, and he shines playing a man who has reached his limit.

So whatz up guysssss???? I hope things are well and sound. I have been quite busy with work which I believe you do not want me write about. So instead let me talk about my new Cell Phone I got and some other cool gadgets I got myself.

1st -

T MOBILE SHADOW
So yeah, I got another new cell phone, the shadow. Pretty cool I should say but then all the things I have is cool!

--An enhanced user-interface integrated with the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 platform.

-- A sleek, slider design, and a spin navigation wheel that make it a breeze to scroll through the polished user interface, myFaves icons, and other core phone features.

When combined with its high-quality, 2.0-megapixel digital camera with video capture, it enables customers to record and share those special moments in vibrant ways. Plus, a multimedia player provides a convenient way to listen to and share favorite music and video.

-- An array of lights and sounds that differentiate one function from another, whether you're receiving an e-mail, picture message or calendar appointment notification.

-- Wi-Fi and EDGE-enabled high-speed Internet access to power Web surfing so that connecting to your favorite social networking site is quick and easy.

Bad MAN

Explore..
Though a typical story about a middle class (uthavakarai) boy who faces difficulties and encounter problems to realize his dream to achieve his goal. It is unique in its own way. The first half shows how a Motorcycle is stolen and rehashed or sold again out side of Chennai. The second half a typical yet adoringly scripted Tamil movie. Dhanush seems to have been slowly but steadily walking into my hall of fame. A movie much better than the Vijay-ARR combo disaster!

Ekam Sat Vipraa Bahudhaa Vadanti! So, I learn desire is not just felt .. it demands, motivates. In recent times my thoughts are of the future, not to say I have not been thinking of my future all this while but it just seems to be at a aggressive pace right now. It might be a result of some guilt, ?moral questions?, I don't quite know!

What I do know is that my thoughts/desire is not about "potential for scoring" but actuall "fulfillment". To sum it up, I am lost and still searching!!!! Ishaa Vaasyam Idam Sarvam!

So, dictionary.reference.com has the following definition: "the rational investigation of the truths and principles of being, knowledge, or conduct. " which makes me believe - everyone has a "philosophy"; the rationalization to ask; How do you look at the world? What principles do you use to make decisions? How do you evaluate people, ideas, and opportunities? This "philosophy" of life is part of your subconscious mind and is very influential on the path that your life is following.

The very reason why one starts saying I believe .. is only because most of this "philosophy" was probably formed without you consciously weighing up whether or not it would enhance your life. I am not very sure if I my context sums up to what I am trying to convey but here it is for you to bite!

The Mask You Wear..

| Saturday, October 20, 2007
Explore..
One of the first steps toward creating a life that fills us with joy and contentment is recognizing the role we play that may be keeping us confined in unhappy, unsatisfying patterns of behavior. Most of us learned our roles early in childhood, but after a certain point, those masks we wear stopped helping us. Which mask do you wear?
SIMPLE SOLUTION: Take this quiz to see which role you play. You may recognize the masks your loved ones wear, too!

1. Do you often find yourself thinking, “It should be like THIS” or “They’re doing it WRONG”?

2. Does your striving for perfection sometimes drive you crazy?

3. Do you feel like you will never be good enough?

4. Do you often tell yourself, “I can’t help it” or “It’s not my fault”?

5. Do you find yourself looking to the past and thinking, “It would have been alright if only. . .”

6. Do you look to the future and think “Everything will be alright when. . .”

7. Do you sometimes do things because you think you should or you feel obligated to, but you really don’t want to?

8. Do you commonly tell yourself that making others happy is more important than what you need or feel?

9. Do you often say yes when you really want to say no?

10. Do you often rush in to help people and fix it for them?

If you answered “yes” to 1, 2 or 3, you may be wearing the mask of the Judge. The Judge is the mouthpiece of the Demon of Perfection that says, no matter how good it gets, it will never be good enough.

If you answered “yes” to 4, 5, or 6, you may be wearing the mask of the Victim. The Victim makes up “poor me” stories and is rarely in a state of gratitude or in the present moment.

If you answered “yes” to 7, 8, 9, 10, or 11, you may be wearing the mask of the Prostitute/Rescuer. The Prostitute pretends to be anything you want her to be, compromising herself to get what she wants--which is usually love and acceptance. She hides the truth of how she really feels. The Rescuer is the more respectable face of this mask--the Nurse endlessly mopping the brows of the wounded, the Hero rushing in to make everything better. The problem with this mask is that it subtly (or not so subtly!) tells people, “I don’t respect you enough to believe you can do this yourself.”

There is no shame in having learned to play one of these roles. Most of us did. But we can all learn how to gently put aside the masks that hide our authentic selves.

Inspired by The Power of Belief, by Ray Dodd.

Persistence, I want, I want and I do!. Well, I finally got my mom and dad halfway talked into which itself is half the battle won in my eyes.I don’t know if it was a parental moment of weakness or my constant badgering that did it but my parents agreed I could go out and start looking for a motorcycle! So watch this column guys, as it might be soon before I park a real picture here :) :) :)

People(you know who you are) who've never ridden a motorcycle are constantly telling me how dangerous it is, and how crazy I am to do so. There is, no doubt an increased element of risk, but I look at it this way. But let's just say I found out I only had six months to live and one of the things I'd always wanted to do was ride a motorcycle, but had always been too afraid to do so. Obviously, I'd rush out and buy a motorcycle and enjoy it as long as I could. So here's the question. Why wait?

I refuse to live my life regretting to do the things that I want to do, and which are currently within my means. As BMW puts is:

"Happiness is not just around the corner. Happiness is the corner."

"Will anyone believe that tomorrow is the last day of mankind? World of illusion, maya, some call it. Is it true that tomorrow we shall realize the truth? "

The above excerpts from the book, God, Time, and Eternity by William L Craig sounds similar to what Rajinikanth says in Baba. Reading a few pages into it makes me sick! If in eternity there is no yesterday and tomorrow, then why is there what we are and what we ought to be??

For reasons unknown to me, I am suddenly felling very bored.. routine life! I need some kind of change, but not able to figure out what yet! It is very confusingly tiring to think about it!!!Imagine if life followed the path of a line, it would be nice, calm, straightforward, YAWN, life would be boring!

We would all be headed the same way, we would all be uniform, we would all have boring boring life's, where is the fun in a line! lines are not fun, lines have a purpose, strive to complete a mission, but what would you learn as a line, nothing, you would only learn whatever you came across on your straight path, however, as a person who can jump to any part of the page you wish to be, you can learn about so many more exciting things, I am glad I am not a line. Lines are boring! I want to be their inspiration, their dreams, and their reality.

On the other hand, line put together to make art can be a concept. I never thought about till now, and no that's not boring!I suppose it also depends on the type line! straight lines or arty lines squiggly lines zig zag lines and the best of all pick up lines ;) now they can be fun!

It is O.K.!!!!

Lastnight, I had a debate "the secerecy over our lust and desire" my "Indian" friend said it is wrong to talk about sex in public. You know me, I had to talk about it just because he said that. But come to think about it; everybody LOVES sex!

I do not see anything wrong about it.. as we all know, without sex we wouldn´t be here, none of us. The love, the sex, the drama, the union, the passion. Sex is in the mind. An aroused male with a lusting female going inside, in and out, up and down, that´s no sin...so just begin...and then you will win...and your head will spin.

Why is it that most believe, kissing is outrageously sexy - a total turn-on which is ok to do in public but not talk about it!!! Sex´s not just the union between man and woman, it´s the chase, the need, the need to belong, the need to be loved, the need to clime a mountain of insane desire, a fountain of body juices blending together and climaxing with the great anticipated and needed explosion. The orgasm is holy. to cum is to live and to be eternally young and happy.

So why fear your sexuality, no matter what and who you are attracted to. Be glad you are a fantastic sexual being. As a matter of fact, sexplore the world and don´t be ashamed of your sexual intensity. But to be faithful in a relationship is for me very important. I need to belong and to be loved and worshipped, almost like a GOD, ha ha...I am not ashamed of that. I am the king of my own beloved´s world. In her life I am the male ruler. We unite and unite and unite, we love and we sacrifize.

It is O.K.!!!!

Di you know? Fragmentation and frustration are constant companions, which I believe only increases its relevance and importance. Some say; I think too much. But I HAVE to think...and to think big. I have to be amazed and take a stand in life!

So, I often wonder what makes people do what they do and act/react the way they do?
So many people are rude ( YES! I am at times too) and rather nasty to others and they don´t think in psychological terms (who is this person I´m talking to, what is behind him/her) - how to be a caring and decent human being. In other words they don´t try to look behind what´s really inside the soul of their fellow man. So in an attempt: Please send me some of your philosophy...and let me include it on my blog....yours, mine and ours ! Let´s connect and speak our minds...because the mind is the worlds greatest computer !

As Hariharan evinces the raaga Charukishi in the charanam of the above mentioned song, you are left to wonder the versatililty of the great maestro. Though the song is not solely based of Charukishi, the impeccable improvisation on the line 'Yen Petroorin Vaasam Irunthen' towards the end.. the line makes the song sound as if it is in a different raaga. Only someone with tremendous amount of improvising skills can think about such an impromptu embellishment. It is like Shreya humming Bina Tere Koi Dilkash Nazaara Hum Na Dekhengee..

Are you wondering about my title? Well, that folks is my attempt to tell you a "meh", "huh", "nice" kind of weekend I had. Not in the "I had a crappy weekend.." way but more like I saw - Little Children, Out of Sight and Transformers :)

Little Children: I am not very much into adult/after marraige/parrents love/lust for someone other than their spouse. So though a very unique and flerty attempt, was not impressed. And BTW, Jennifer looks ugly! unlike A Beautiful Mind. She had it all in the latter.

Out of Sight: A well-written movie about Bank Robber and his love interest. The basic outline of the story is the Karen Sisco, a Federal Marshall (JLopez) and Jack Foley (GClooney) sort of fall for each other. The only problem is Jack just escaped from prison, and met Karen in the trunk of her car. Now, don't you want to see the rest?

Transformers: Although it lacks the same heart and soul that defines the "Spider-Man" franchise, the "Transformers" movie is a fun to watch for it had amazing visual effects. and the lead actress in this movie, “Ouch, is she a hottie!” .

It is my day today 07-07-07

Some things to know/learn about S7E7V7E7N7 -

Love Has Seven Names
- Rope, Light, Fire, Coal, Dew,
Hell, and the Living Water.

With very few exceptions, all mammals' necks have seven bones.

The number of stellar objects in the solar system visible to the naked eye is seven:
- the Sun, the Moon and the five classical naked eye planets: Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn.

The Indian Music has 'sapta swaras', means seven octats (sa re ga ma pa dha ni), which are basics of music, using which hundreds of Ragas are composed.

The Statue of Liberty shows a woman standing upright, dressed in a robe and a seven point spiked crown representing the seven seas and continents, holding a stone tablet close to her body in her left hand and a flaming torch high in her right hand.

The Month 'September' is evolved from the word 'septa' meaning seven. September was earlier seventh month before July and August were added to the calendar. Also the sibsequent months names are derived from Sanskrit names 'Ashta' and 'Nava' meaning eight and nine which are now called October and November.

When asked to choose a number between 1 and 10, the most common number chosen appears to be 7.

The traditional Western Major Scale has seven notes.

The United States declared Independence in the 7th month of 1776.

Washington D.C. was situated exactly on the 77th Longitude.

A human head had seven openings into it: - mouth, two eyes, two ears, two nostrils.

A remember Jegan's lucky number is 7 thus jegan777 aka adept777!

**update** Sri's lucky number is also 7 .. Yay!!!! p/s r u happy now? lol

Talking about love and marriage, what do you guys think about long distance love? It has to be the ultimate genuine love!!! I mean, here, in this part of the world we have gf and bfs cheating on each other with the other half being around. Thought it also happens back home, it is a rarity. But what about long distance love? The one with the physical barrier. What’s the hardest part of a barrier of love?

First let me say; I am not judging but questioning. We look for happiness in a person; not to say that is unhealthy but the problem is we expect someone to make us happy. By doing so we set ourself up to be hurt because of our expectations! As our natural state of mind is generally self-centered, we tend to seek love that is visionary. By saying that I mean often times one wants to be welcomed when coming in and wants to be received. Physical(self)love.

But again, selfishness is exactly the problem that we have as people. One of the problems that we have when somebody brings correction to us, we tend to imagine that correction as so out of the ordinary, so unusual, so above and beyond what’s appropriate. And it’s very difficult often for us to receive correction because we tend to camp out in a sense that, “Hey, I’m doing pretty good and I’m trying hard.” And of course we really underline the phrase, “I’m trying hard.” So when some criticism comes against us, there’s an offense because we say, “Well you don’t see how hard I’m trying and you’re just making this cut and dry statement criticizing me and...” So we tend to operate out of selfishness and selfishness means self-interest. To doubt is human, and all of us at some time or the other have experienced irrational doubts. But instead of succumbing to your doubts, learn from them by resolving.

Did anyone realise how fashionably sunglasses are, if used in the right proper way ? I am not talking about the casual sunglasses you use out of comfort, but the ones you wear for finishing your look. Subramani and Bhairav have ;)

Sivaji & A R R in VA

"SIVAJI"

Rajinikanth, who has an intense face, a tremendous screen presence, has been made fun of by Shankar, a worthless (sarrakku illatha) namesake director. I am furious to have paid $$$$$20 to watch his trash. Sivaji' turns out to be a rehash of all his previous jingoistic claptrap efforts. Repeated (again sans sarrakku) Matrix style (Morpheus) for the fight scenes. Illogical and beyond reality ways to turn black money to white money and such nonsense. On the whole this movie is a disappointment to the 2 years expectations and hype created. I feel sorry for our Super Star.

As for the A R Rahman Concert, surprisingly it was good. A lot better than the last time around. Some pictures from the VA concert below.

More details later..

Verenna nan solla... Oh.... yea

That is a really inspiring song… musically too ;)

Love songs are wonderful when they come to express and deepen our sentiments for a partner. But they become an obstacle to true love and personal growth when they make romance the object and the partner merely a means to an end. But here, The combination of Ramesh Vinayagam 's deep, rich vocals and his shimmering strings/cello work that gives the song much of its almost mysterious, evocative, soothingly narrative sound.

Well, I went to see O13 with couple friends over the weekend and have to say:I think they squeezed out another sequel just for the sake of having a trilogy and to make some more money. There were only a couple laughs to be had. The characters, while cool and collected as ever, feel grossly under used with the exception of Matt Damon. A lengthy sub-plot, Mission Impossible type heist. All in all, not much of an improvement than the previous 2 movies. However, the last thirty-five or so minutes of the film were quite enjoyable. Watch it for yourself :)

I am well aware of the fact that "labelling" is what everyone does. If you want to be a friend of everyone...you will end up being a friend of no one. .

If you’re sacrificing yourself for friendships which would never exist if you hadn’t changed your personality, are these friendships worth having? I, personally is not willing to sacrifice myself in the name of extending my circle of friends. I’ve come to realize that perhaps there are people who’ll never see eye-to-eye, who’ll never be able to be your true friends. I understand this to be an unending debate. For friendship is; compromise as much as self-worth is individuality.I do not need to tell you that in life, change is constant. Things are always dissolving, diluting, dying. Thus one can either race against time in an effort to accomplish as much as possible "squeeze it all in" which can be fun and exhilarating but ultimately can wear you out. Or ride life’s ever-charging flow by learning to relax, surrender, and let go, you realize that stillness is a magnet for contentment. What ever that you choose when it comes to friendship, I think that by not telling your friend how you really feel, you are doing a great disservice to yourself and your friendship. Boy, I tell you these days, you just don't even know who to trust! But TRUST one friend who slanders- to be your not true friend.

..they are my wants and they are many....

I know my worth isn’t tantamount to what you may think of me, or what they may have thought of me…so why do I continue to try to impress you and me? I contemplate who I am daily. I wonder what it’s all about. Here’s what I’ve noticed so far along the way. Vous m'avez impressionne dans beaucoup de facons... What has made me into a man? When is a boy a man?

Perhaps I was a man when I said "no" to a very stunning 21-year-old woman who was seducing me in my car. Sex seemed…insignificant. I remember little bits of innocence slipping away, like the time I stole a pack of kinder suprise at the mall, the first time I skipped out of school. I carried that guilt for weeks. I pushed innocence away again when I found my first Hustler Magazines, complete with a glossy 8 page foldout poster. I don’t know what it’s like to be a man.

Then I think to my self "I don't have to prove I'm a man. I pee standing up".
It's easy to blame our fathers, friends, media and they are partly to blame. There's plenty to go around. But, blame aside, we are ultimately responsible for the choices that we make. It's a good thing God takes us where we are at. If he waited until we got it right, eternity wouldn't be enough time!!

    Spiderman 3

    | Friday, May 4, 2007
    Explore..
    **UPDATE **
must watch in IMAX- I liked it more after watching it in IMAX, makes a lot of diffrence and makes the movie go faster. It is as though you are part of the movie!!!

Though, my opinion is irrelevant to the inevitable box office bonanza, I still don’t think S3 lived to its expectation! Why? For one, Venom, my favorite villain is not focused enough and to make maters worst has been drastically changed from the comic book. Saying that does not mean Spiderman him self is any where near the comic book hero. As you can tell I’m a comic junkie!

Anyway let’s take a closer look at the movie and its villain –

Venom (looks some what realistic enough) - Spiderman 3 should entirely be about Venom! He is one of Spiderman's greatest foe. Why? He has all of Spidey's abilities and Spiderman's spider-sense doesn't seem to work when Venom's on him. Venom is a brilliant addition to this movie but Sam got it all wrong with the size of Venom or Eddie Brock. He should have picked bulky, huge and muscular figures to star as Venom because Venom is actually about thrice the size of Spidey? Also Venom itself is an Entity. Who talks in plural not singular!! (The suit can mimic clothing why would peter have to wear it under his own clothes…?).The development of Venom is short and even though the alien symbiote that created Venom is "allergic" to sound, Venom does not DIE so easily! Symbiote can't die, if so, Spiderman wouldn't have had so many problems with Venom in the comics!

Sandman – I am not a big fan of him, the only reason I can think of for his addition in the 2.5 hour long dramatic/ mushy romantic is graphics. Needless to say it was amazing! Animations are amazing but the length of the movie is a bit too much. Sam should not have included Sandman, developed Venom thoroughly and maybe leave a slight hint of Carnage at the end of the movie as a teaser to Spiderman 4!

Mary Jane - I never was too crazy about Kirsten Dunce playing one of the hottest comic book women ever. Anyway, she was even more horrible than the previous two!

Gwen Stacy - Personally, I would not have even introduced Gwen into this movie when the original Spider-Man storyline wasn't followed from the beginning with Stacy's death by the Goblin's hand in the first film. If you're not a geek (which I am) you won't be aware of the significance of the arrival of Gwen Stacey so here's a little bit of exposition. In the comic book Peter Parker loved Gwen long before MJ came along. Loved her. Lost her.

Overall the movie obviously did not live up to my expectation but certainly did not completely disappoint me either. Like where they showcased character depth, and bit of Spiderman's evil side.

Hariharan, one of the few audience friendly singers regaled us last night evening with some great numbers including Ghazals, Thumri’s, Hindi, Telugu, Marathi and Tamil songs. We, audiences truly appreciate and acknowledge the fact that Hari could easily get the mix of old and young going, singing with him and at times clapping with him.

Ennai Thalata was one such occasion where we were all singing along with him, even the non Tamil speaking! He sang many of his popular Ghazals like Kaash, Roopa Roop, Eh de Masti Hain; movie songs like Tu hi re, Roja jaane man, Ennai thalatta varuvala, Yadein, Woh Lamhe, Ayingarau Veetu, Nila Kaaygiradhu, Aye Hairathe Ashiqui, Neloori Nerajana, and many others….including my favorite Krishna Nee begane baro from Colonial Cousins. His vocal range and the ease at which he moved across the highs and lows – phenomenal! The vocals of Hariharan enlivened his age.

The way he always begins a song in a totally different way (Alaap), before getting into the actual lyrics of the song was really one of the interesting highlight that kept me and the entire audience guessing what song he was going to be singing, and this surely was something (a music fanatic) like my self enjoyed with Chanda re/Venilave from Sapnay/Minsara Kanavu. Also Aye Hairathe was special as Hariharan himself sung the ‘Dham Dhara Dham Dhara Chashm Chashm”, with great ease and power unlike some so called issai puyal ;) lol

Anyway I would post more later (with Pictures).. but you have to wait as I have to get back to work now :)

Scared to death that it really doesn't matter at this point, but thinking that even if we're ready to give up and devote our energies to others I still feel like we need to be honest about all this. You told me that you loved me and I believe you and the fact is that I love you too.

You continue to cross my mind daily and when you do I allow myself the luxury of the thought and then I remind myself that this is a dream and that no future is ahead. I've come to the conclusion in order to make this work we are only allowed to steal time from our current lives and fulfill the part of our lives that are missing something that we find in each other. I'm ok with this.

I realize that we both care about the others as deeply if not more than we care about each other -but we do care and I believe this even if I'm fooling myself because I can see it in your heart. Thanks for being my friend and for loving me the way you do. "

I guess I can't stop them from thinking these things....but they haven't walked in my shoes to know what has happened and how things have happened...so I guess I just will go on and not let it bother me. I am not perfect, I do not want pity, but I also am not the worst person in the world either. I am a straight shooter, and I will tell it like it is. But as for the others who do concern, my sample is on itz way to the laboratory.

I also want to stress that I do see myself as a Hindu and he has put up with so much from me and has never deserted me. So I guess I shouldn't care about what people think or say as long as he loves me.

Memento - memory disordered maniac makes a memorable performance ;) So, you still done know what's it all about? That's a good question. I'm still trying to figure out myself. It's kind of hard to put into words, but I will say this: Memento is a movie that needs to be seen at least twice before it even begins to make any sense. That's a compliment! It's about one man's quest for justice, but there's more to it than that. Is it about trust? Is it about the accuracy of one person's memory? You tell me! Have fun watching it again and again and again.. I have watched it over five times and enjoy it everytime ;)

"Tadpole" doesn't offer too much that's new, but it certainly is pleasant and definitely not your average "American Pie" movie-with-a-horny-ticker. No siree!

    21 Grams

"They say that 21 grams is the weight we lose when we die . The weight of five nickels, the weight of a chocolate bar, of a hummingbird and perhaps, also of a human soul."

The movie 21 Grams, which I watched per a friends request deals/emphasizes guilt, remorse, guilt, pain, guilt, despair, guilt, smoking, guilt and broken heartedness. In other words, its the dark flip side of "Return to Me". A movie not to miss! As for the subject here, has a great narrative structure, powerful acting performances, moody music which at times was troubling my ears failed to impress me due to me watching "Return to Me" before hand. I prefer to see the good in bad ..

So, I went to crack the Jim Carrey code: The new Jim Carrey movie demonstrated that no one is safe from mental illness - anyone can become psychotic which I really enjoyed. I am also thrilled on how it was filmed, how the colors worked together. Not to mention Jim's performance not only convinced me that he was loosing his grip on reality, but he also made the audience laugh out loud on numerous occasions. As for the story, I think it is very disjointed. One second you are following along a clue in the present, only to be transported back in time to a scene from the book that doesn't seem to have any relation to it. The relationships to most of these flashbacks/recounts don't get explained until the end of the movie (as expected) but I found the fragmented nature of the storytelling to be more trouble than it was worth. Perhaps it was the fact that everyone in the movie played multiple characters. Or maybe it is because I tend to get autistic with movies like this - I was equally confused by Memento and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

BTW, maybe it is not 23 words, but I thought that was a good line!

    Cruising my way..

So I bought a Brand New!!! FJ Crusier! To answer your question, it has a very powerful engine, great acceleration that is for a SUV . Ride on road is very good, much better than any of its competition (XTerra, Liberty, H3) all of which I did test drive. Suspension is brilliantly excellent, very tight - you feel the bumps but there is no bounce afterwards. Outstanding trannies. Build quality looks/feels strong, great, very solid, again much better than the competition (with the exception of the H3 which has great build quality but no engine).

Off road performance is superior, Toyota didn't cut any corners here. ATRAC is unbelievable at getting you through the snow/mud. And yes, I had lots and lots of fun!!! I bought the special edition TRD AKA Baja 1000. I am told that out of the 3200 units made in USA and Canada I owe # 7!!! How lucky is that huh?? I love it! Pricey but still love it :)

His vocals are off the hook!!! " IM THE NEW GANGSTA !!!" How often have you agonized over a vocal sound? You strive for the perfect balance between presence and sibilance, warmth and muddiness. You may even lie awake at night puzzling over how to create the perfect vocal track, one that will make the whole world sit up and take notice. Well, this dude creats HiStory again but without the pain and agony, as for him it is natural!!!!
    :listen here:

Frankly, Pokiri (Masala) is more style ( visual and visual only) than substance in the first hour. Cliche love story...How horrible can it get...The whole movie was blah...I just can't believe people make these kind of movies!! But the versatile Prakashraj makes a good villain as usual and Vadivelu provides good comic relief every now and then. Overall the movie Pokiri focuses on wit and humor rather than logic and a solid story!

I’m back!!! And I promise that I am officially back and here to stay for good. In 2007, building relationships and becoming an authority in an industry that I know very well are my goals this year. Sure there will be a reacquainting period, but the basic principles are still the same. And maybe apply the same her(e).

Are Humko Ji Woh Ho Gaya Hay Rama Rama
Hota Hai Na Jis Mein Kuch Ho Jata Hai
