Love at the first sight!

ROMEO:
If I profane with my unworthiest hand
This holy shrine, the gentle fine is this:
My lips, two blushing pilgrims, ready stand
To smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss.

ROMEO:
Then move not, while my prayer's effect I take.
Thus from my lips, by yours, my sin is purged.

JULIET:
Then have my lips the sin that they have took.

ROMEO:
Sin from thy lips? O trespass sweetly urged!
Give me my sin again.

JULIET:
You kiss by the book.

Il n'y a qu'un bonheur dans la vie, c'est d'aimer et d'être aimé…

Thy Medicine...

Let thy Music be Thy Medicine....

I was surfing last night, and this quote in particular stood out, (not to mention her gorgeous photo of sweet beets.)

However, the more I thought about it, for me, this is just not true. My medicine is and always has been music. When I am happy, my music is loud and upbeat- windows down and proclaiming to the neighbors or cars around me as the wind makes my big hair even bigger. When I am sad, I want to wallow in it, burrowing into a mix of melancholy melodies, bringing myself to the tears I need as I listen to the same soulful cries again and again. When I am angry, I have always found respite in the passion and fervor of equally angry crooner.

Florence and The Machine has been on repeat for quite some time esp Kiss With A Fist, so I really need something new. Here are a few that is rocking my world today.

I am super excited about this!!!

"She's probably worried tonight..I didn't call on the phone to say that I'm alright."

"Sang sang yu chalu tere .. jaise tera aasmaan..tu jahaan main wahaan"

"Va kaathal Ferrai ila nenjai allum sonali..louivicto kannadi pala kangal pinnadi"

Sighting

In an attempt to answer my buddy, I am going to blabber more about/on my previous post: Take Aim

To start lets discuss the details of the sighting mentioned in my previous post. Arjuna had not only sighted his target but analyzed it. Then he made a choice to seal in only on its eye thus the mention of the firing is almost incidental" and note "almost".

It is only because I do agree with the points you make but just clarifying that entrepreneurs should be able to not just sight but analyze. BTW, I hope this 'effect' is definitely not an after effect of marriage but an after effect of birth itself. :-)

The sighting state I mention in other words is harmony, all areas of the brain firing synchronously and creating a coherent state of activity. You can see this higher state of harmony in the more balanced brain-activity patterns of Arjuna versus the inharmonious, lower patterns of Ashwathama.

Interestingly, the occipital area of the brain, the area that controls vision, shows a reverse pattern compared with the other brain regions. Successful target hitters like Arjuna in our case show less activity at this location just before the stroke compared to Ashwathama because the processing is complete and no new information is being provided. The good knows where to look; the occipital area has completed its work. It simply harmonizes with the rest of the brain. "Poor" capitalist with varied eye patterns remain active in this brain region as if the processing is never complete. They lack the quiet eye at sighting.

It is like the keys on the piano. Certain combination's of notes create greater harmony than other combination's... we have to work on our project BG score!

Now, do you remember this sighting?? LOL

Reading your mind..

It all started with my all time comic Hero Spider Man, I read all kinds of stuff: books, magazines, newspapers, blogs, and even micro blogs like Twitter. I also read a wide variety of genres. My tastes are very eclectic. Mostly, I just enjoying discovering and experiencing new things. Am I posting for a profile, one might ask! But no, I am just stating this.

Anyway currently I am reading two books that I like to share:

God is not great and The love dare.

God is not great is filled with venom and vitriol that it is easy to get caught up in the passion and not pay much attention to what is actually being said, which is smart and well-thought-out. In fact, it shows a lifetime of thought, as it stretches from Christoper Hitchens as a child to Hitchens as a disgruntled adult. Christoper Hitchens is the author btw. However, this well-thought-out thesis is damaged by something that has plagued all people throughout time, and one that was recently brought up in a History Channel presentation about the influence of the Star Wars movies on our culture (yes, Star Wars. It's relevant.). One of the commentators brought up Anakin Skywalker's somewhat immature comment "If you're not with me, you're my enemy," and Obi-Wan's response "Only a Sith deals in absolutes."

Hence; I think if the book had simply been titled "How Religion Poisons Everything I would have agreed to it more. And not to forget the fact that I was/am looking for some sort of continuum! ;)

The Love Dare was presented to me buy a buddy.. the book is about trying to be better spouses and be more patient, we are faced with wifes/husbands who are the antithesis to everything in this book. The Love Dare's answer to that? Love is unconditional. BULLSHIT I said! LMAO.

But go ahead and read it if you can ... quite interesting. FYI- is a "christened" book by Stephen Kendrick.
