"You have a totally obsessive personality" one said to me last night. The trick is to obsess about good stuff which is being PASSIONATE. Nothing wrong with a good healthy obsession, we gotta learn to make "obsessive" work for us, and that's a whole new little obsession for me.

I am Jegathpriyan; hot tempered ( as said by many ), quick ( also as said by many ), passionate, frank, enthusiast, creative, self-pitying, obsessive, private, determined, honest, philosophical, moral, far too aware of my individuality and, evidentally, far, far too self-analytical.

Thinking about it there are two choices really; You can either surrender to the pressures of life and the struggles of this particular battle.... or you continue the fight...and do so with even more vengence and determination to reach your goals then you did before. I choose the fight.....I know what it will get me.

  1. I am Jegathpriyan; passionate, frank, enthusiast, creative, self-pitying, obsessive, private, determined, honest, philosophical, moral, far too aware of my individuality and, evidentally, far, far too self-analytical and so ***BUT*** you've left a major characteristic of yours - easily annoyed or tempered which again very easily leads to failing to realize the real or intended meaning of something, the true nature of something, or what somebody is really like.Another characteristic you missed - Fast which could be very nice and useful physically which is being very swift but fast to have judgements/decisions is never the best, it might quite simply lead to a very fast regret.I would very much like to point out "self-pitying,obsessive,private,far too aware of my individuality, far too self-analytical" from your own words because they are made up of or relate to SELF and self-esteem.What my only worry is that as there is a saying in Tamil which goes like "Alavukku Meerinal Amudhamum Nanju" which means anything over a certain limit even if its nectar, it can be poisonous. All these "self and self centered actions/characteristics" could lead to an exaggerated sense of self-importance and will lead you to lose your own psychoanalysis.I am not saying you have to get into altruism or accusing you of being anywhat unethical because i've problems of my own too which can be very challenging and demand a physical or a psychological effort to fight and get away from it.As i move around with it and live with it, it might quite simply be unnoticeable to me untill someone points it out or untill my mum pulls my ear.No one is Buddha, we can only follow his path and try to seek enlightenment.

  2. I never said I am perfect!
My determination level is tenaciously high. Of course this is my point of view.

Since you were there that night, I would buy what you have to say as a second persons point of view.
Thanking you for your concerns I would add that I know my limits. And thatz exactly where this stops.

  3. Well, i am not a psychological analyst, but still, i would say that, the approach of many would differ on account of their behaviour, reaction to external influence, and their mental stability. And finally it all comes to as how much you can TOLERATE the INTOLERANCE. So.. . in my opinion, each personally has their own way of behavioural pattern, so the level of arrogance also tied to their body language and looks (sometimes ). The reaction to outside influence is great for normal personalities such as Jegan. which means, any complexities (whatever that is) would greatly influnce the actions and behaviours including in decision making. So, it is best to judge oneself as to how long they can go, and do things that are not too much contradicting or frictional to outside world. I would suggest to do yoga to get focused on real day to day life.

I said all these cause i have closely watched you over time. And you are one of the best friends. Well, you have your own plus and minuses. You have extradinory generosity towards your friends, but your minuses should not overcome that. As shan said, we dont have to be gandhi, but if u correct minuses, you can balance ur acts very well in life.
